2021 will mark the eighth year the KMI has sponsored a pastor training conference.

Sipi Pastor's Conference

For one week a year, 10-12 Pastors are given Biblical training by qualified U.S. teachers. 2023 was the 10th year for this conference.The time is spend in worship, training sessions, question and answer times, Biblical studies, and fellowship times.

KMI pays all expenses for the pastors, including meals, transportation, lodging, and materials.

Church Planting (Supported by K & K Church)

Gospel training goes much deeper than what a week can provide. In 2015-2019 KMI sponsored an extended training for the pastors of the K & K villages.

An itinerant Christian College professor travels to K & K one week per month, spending much time in preparing the pastors. They receive strong Biblical instruction, and much needed advice from a seasoned mentor. Already we know that the training is paying off, as people are coming to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Local pastors are reaching out, and new churches are starting. We glorify God for making that happen.

 

New Church in Atari

Prineville Christian Church (PCC) has partnered with KMI and Amazing Grace Church in Kabacheriya to plant a new church in the village of Atari. Atari is 10 kilometers (about 6 miles) distant form K&K. In February 2020, PCC sent a team to work with the Ugandan construction guys, and in three days the steel structure for a church was erected.The church building has now been completed and is in full operation!

KMI is thrilled to bring partnering teams together to grow the Kingdom for the glory of God!
